I have very fond memories of our times at Fir Tree Cottage at Halloween. The dining room was transformed into a dormitory adorned by Ros’ oil paintings including a perfectly captured one of little Bampi with a cup of tea. We played a mix of fun and scary games led by Auntie Ros and Uncle John. Happy days!

Auntie Rosalie was a role model of how to be a Auntie, thoughtful, fun , creative and loving and much loved. She was an inspiration to me as a child , for example typing my poems and making a book of them for me- which meant so much .
